Team

Zoltán Mezei, director

The world of theatre has been part of my life for more than thirty years: I’ve worked as an actor and spent many years in leadership roles at Szabadkai Népszínház Magyar Társulata. I joined IP Energy Software even before its foundation and played an active role in establishing the Subotica office. This role builds on my previous leadership experience while opening an entirely new world for me. What matters most to me is a mindset where growth always starts with people — and I’m proud to represent a strong, supportive, and people-centered team.

Szabolcs Buckó, developer

I’ve been fascinated by computers since childhood — not only using them, but understanding how they work. Programming became a natural direction for me, and what motivates me most today is working on real problems by thinking in systems, not just writing code. In the team, I value trust, independence, and a healthy working atmosphere the most.

Attila Sörfőző, developer

Technology has always been close to me, and I eventually found in programming the field where I want to grow long-term. I’m especially inspired by constant change and the emergence of new technologies, particularly the development of AI. I’ve been part of the team since the beginning, and it’s rewarding to be part of a close-knit community that has grown together over the years.

Zoltán Molnár, developer

My journey led from electronics to programming, where I quickly found the challenge and opportunities for growth I was looking for. I’ve been part of the Subotica team from the very beginning, witnessing our shared growth and the arrival of new technologies. For me, a strong team, a supportive atmosphere, and continuous learning are what make this profession truly rewarding.

Krisztián Davidov, developer

Technology fascinated me from an early age, and later I found my place in web development. I started with frontend and gradually expanded into backend, eventually becoming a full-stack developer. For me, it’s important not only to solve individual tasks, but to understand the entire system while continuously learning and growing as part of a strong team.

Norbert Orcsity, developer

My interest in programming started in childhood — I was always curious about how systems worked behind the scenes. I joined the team as an intern and have since gained experience across multiple projects and technologies, both on the frontend and backend. For me, strong teamwork, collaboration, and a supportive environment are just as important as technology itself.

Ákos Süge, developer

Programming became my path gradually — the more I worked with it, the more it drew me in. What motivates me most is continuous growth, new technologies, and solving complex problems. I believe there is no such thing as perfect code — there is always room to make it cleaner, better, and more thoughtful.

Dániel Balog, developer

My path into IT started from applied mathematics, but I eventually found my place in testing and automation. I enjoy building solutions that not only detect issues but also improve processes on a system level. Fast adaptation, problem-solving, and effective teamwork are the parts of this profession that excite me the most.
